Patio has 60 hookups with electricity, septic, and water. It also has a free R.V. dump for those spending the night, or at a cost of $8 for those just passing through. Nightly hookups cost between $26 for the upper sites and $31 for the premium sites (plus room taxes). It's just $20 for the few nonhookup sites. Lower prices are available for R.V. club cardholders. In addition, there are great prices available for groups of 4 or more R.V.'s. Large groups will also have access to one or both of our accommodating clubhouses. Stay a week and take advantage of getting the seventh day for about half off and you can stay a month for the cost of a two week stay. Make sure you ask about club or group discounts.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation with 7 days or more notice no charge will be made. If shorter notice is given and the RV space cannot be filled, we will charge one night stay on your credit card.
No refunds for early departure.

Check out time is before 2 PM. Check in time is after 3 PM unless otherwise arranged.
